All you need to do is drop an email to within a period of 48 hours, from the date of complettion of the order - which is the date on which the RIA has uploaded the final report


Please note that in any case of refund, it impacts the payment of the RIA (registered investment advisor), hence would look into the reason for refund and decide to initiate a refund.
